Group therapy involves the therapist who will lead a group of roughly 3 to 10 clients. Groups meet virtually for an hour and a half each week. We provide Cognitive behavioral groups, in which the goal is to identify and change inaccurate or distorted thinking patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors.
