Colleen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Motivational Speaker—but at her core, she’s someone who genuinely shows up for people. She provides in-person therapy in Talladega, Alabama, and offers online services to clients in Alabama, Iowa, Florida, and South Carolina.
With over two decades in the healthcare field and 15+ years supporting individuals, families, and groups, Colleen has walked alongside people facing anxiety, depression, prolonged grief, caregiver burnout, and life transitions. She brings a culturally aware, person-centered approach to every session, honoring each client’s background, values, and lived experiences.
Colleen believes that every adult—no matter where they come from or what they’ve been through—has a purpose worth protecting. Her passion is helping people reconnect with their identity, their story, and their “why,” especially during seasons when life feels heavy.
Whether you’re grieving, overwhelmed, or simply trying to make sense of your next step, you don’t have to carry it alone. Colleen is here to support you, hold space for your healing, and help lift your soul as you navigate your mental health journey.
“Outside of the Therapy Room”
When she’s not supporting clients, Colleen is usually doing something that feeds her soul. She’s an avid reader and even has a small library and a cozy reading chair in her office—creating a calming space where many clients instantly feel at ease.
Colleen also loves to travel, especially by plane, and Jamaica is her go-to getaway spot. It’s a place that brings her peace, joy, and cultural connection. Prayers for Jamaica as they continue to rebuild.
